- For Revivals, Re-create (by video) choreography as set in Jaxx+rsquo;s +lsquo;model+rsquo; production (please reference staff video Dropbox)
- For Premiere Productions, set all choreography within the show as discussed and decided with Artistic Director and/or Director.
- Position the show prior to rehearsals with kids and keep record of all positions
- Record choreography in class and upload Rehearsal Videos to Dropbox
- Ensure ALL choreography is taught before tech week.
Child wrangling and assisting in making sure kids are quiet and productive.
- Supervise breaks.
- Arriving 15 minutes before classes begin at school/site.
- Staying 15 minutes after class to supervise dismissal of students and complete class report whenever possible.
- Obtaining a sub if you are not able to make a shift and ensuring the sub is given full details regarding the lesson plan for the day if you are absent. If it is a planned absence, please make sure your shift is covered within 72 hours of your scheduled shift. Please notify a member of the Executive Team of the coverage via text or +lsquo;WIW.+rsquo;
- Ensuring that your team+rsquo;s class report is submitted by you or a member of your team ideally within the 15 minute post class student pick up time or within 24 hours of class end time.
- Responding to ALL Jaxx emails within 48 business hours.
- Other tasks as assigned.
