POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
+bull; Produce composite elements through hand layup and machine/chopper gun spray
+bull; Cutting and processing composite tooling and parts
+bull; Properly prepping parts for spray coatings and assembly
+bull; Use HVLP sprayers to apply releases, primers and other coatings
+bull; Develop and maintain working knowledge of typical materials
+bull; Properly care for materials and equipment to maximize viable lifespan
+bull; Other duties as assigned

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
+bull; Achieve working knowledge of Company Operation software
+bull; Use proper PPE for each task
+bull; Maintain a clean and safe work space
+bull; Maintain our expected level of quality
+bull; Multitask / prioritize objectives.

ACCOUNTABILITY
The Associate will be accountable to Composites Supervisor.
