Position is full-time, in person, 40 hours per week, with occasional additional time as needed to meet project deadlines.

About Us
Incorporated in 2007, Concord Creative fabricates custom scenery, set pieces, exhibits, and displays for television
shows, stage plays, live events, museums, and film sets. Concord Creative purposes metal, wood, paint, and synthetic
materials to give real-life dimension to the plans and ideas of production designers, art and creative directors, agencies,
and architects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and detailed proposals for scenic construction.
- Deliver recommendations on cost saving initiatives within the pricing and bidding components of Concord Creative's
business model.
- Provide Principal and Senior Management with ongoing feedback and analysis on increasing cost efficiency of
estimation price points.
- Review potential projects with Sales and Project Management team identifying construction challenges and potential
areas of concern; Provide written and oral summaries to PMs.
- Detail materials and methods for construction in pricing.
- Research vendors and analyze historical data to prepare time, material, and labor cost estimates.
- Consult with other Concord Creative + Client departments including Carpentry, Metal, Paint, and Electrics.
- Obtain quotes for estimates and consult with vendors regarding manufacturability and potential alternates.
- Maintain project records, gather and review historical and live project data to aid in future estimation.
- Assist in finding creative solutions and new building techniques to meet budget, schedule, design, and technical
requirements of client.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years in commercial theatre or entertainment industry construction + estimating.
- Strong understanding of scenic construction materials and methods (metal, wood, plastics, electrical)
- Proficiency with Mac + Google based office programs.
- Familiarity with Vectorworks.
- General Knowledge of advanced automated tooling, such as CNC Routers and Mills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, execute, problem solve, and work efficiently within given time constraints.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and highly collaborative work style.
