Looking for a Chicagoland area based Projection Designer for the Spring Drama Production of Fahrenheit 451 for Elgin Community College Theatre Program.

Working with Student Actors, Faculty Director, Professional hired Designers and Arts Center Staff to bring the production together. Position includes normal Projection Design research, projection plot creation, gathering or creation of images and text. Designer will need to work with the Sound Designer to integrated projections into one cohesive Qlab 5 file. Must be able to attend attending all Zoom, Designer run, production meetings, Tech and Dress.

Build begins 3/9/26 with Tech and Dress 4/16/26 - 4/23/26.

Elgin Community College is located 40mins outside of Chicago IL in the Western Suburbs.
