ELECTRICS INTERN/FOLLOW SPOT OPERATOR (Hiring 2)
Intern 1 Date: May 18, 2026 +ndash; September 7, 2026; Travel Dates: May 17 + September 8th
Intern 1 Stipend: $4,160 for 15 weeks + travel, room, and all meals
Intern 2 Date: May 18, 2026 - August 21, 2026; Travel Dates: May 17 + August 22nd
Intern 2 Stipend: $3,640 for 14 weeks + travel, room, and all meals
Reports to: Master Electrician and Production Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assist the Master Electrician with show prep, hang, focus, load-in, strike for all main stage shows.
- Run follow spot for all techs and
- Serve as Lighting Designer for Spotlight and Junior Intern performances.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years+rsquo; experience with light hangs, focus, patching, circuiting, basic wiring, and running a follow spot. Basic design experience with the ETC Ion XE and Element is a plus.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces during installations, changeovers, and strikes.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. safely with assistance, and work in tight, sometimes awkward, spaces.
- Ability to work in heights and on ladders.
- Driver+rsquo;s license preferred but not required.
