The Berkshires is a nationally recognized and deeply collaborative arts community, with multiple organizations working together each season to support high-quality theatre production. As part of this regional partnership, Berkshire Theatre Group occasionally collaborates with neighboring theatres by sharing resources such as props, equipment, scenic elements, and, at times, staff support.
Electricians may occasionally be assigned to assist on work calls at partner theatres in the region. These assignments are considered part of your regular employment with Berkshire Theatre Group and are counted toward your weekly work hours. When this occurs, your schedule at BTG will be adjusted accordingly.
