If you are looking to join a creative, fast-paced professional major summer festival, you will want to join DMMO for its 2026 season. Located in Indianola, Iowa the company will produce three exciting new productions in a summer repertory schedule, within the intimate 467-seat theatre at the Blank Performing Arts Center.
If you are concerned that you don't meet every requirement listed in the posting, we still encourage you to still apply. Each position includes a base pay per hour as well as overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours in a week.
Travel stipend is paid upon arrival.
