In additions to experience as a TD, we seek an individual with the following skills:
Communicating clearly and patiently with students of varying abilities
Ability to maximize limited resources
Ability to collaborate on process and product
Project management, including creating and adhering to schedules
Calm leadership under pressure

Salary: $8,000+/production, commensurate with experience
We will consider a package agreement for both production.
