Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday +ndash; Friday, 8:00 AM +ndash; 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30 +ndash; $35 per hour

About the Role
United Entertainment Solutions is seeking an experienced Crew Head to lead multi-trade teams in the entertainment production and installation industry. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews of 20+ team members across multiple trades.
- Oversee construction, installation, and production activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and other department heads to maintain schedules and quality.
- Uphold entertainment industry standards for leadership, punctuality, integrity, and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced Carpentry Skills
- Advanced Electronics Knowledge
- Construction Site Experience
- Proven experience leading large crews (20+ members) across multiple trades.
- OSHA 10 Certification or higher
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Education or training in technical theater, live events, or related fields is a plus.
