Wardrobe/Wig Assistant (Touring)

Reports To: Wardrobe/Wig Supervisor

Summary:
We are looking for an immediate replacement for our Wardrobe Assistant
The Assistant Wardrobe supports the daily maintenance, laundry, and repair of costumes/wigs on tour. This role works closely with the Head Wardrobe to ensure smooth wardrobe operations across all venues.

Responsibilities:

Assist with costume/wig load-in, setup, and strike.

Support laundry, costume care, and repairs.

Assist with quick changes and dressing room prep.

Help organize and track wardrobe/wig inventory.

Work with local dressers as directed by the Head Wardrobe.

Qualifications:

Wardrobe/wigs or theatre costume experience required; touring experience a plus.

Sewing and repair skills helpful.

Strong teamwork and adaptability.

Ability to follow direction and maintain a calm presence under pressure.

Compensation: $800+ndash;$1,000/week DOE + $45/day per diem

Housing and travel provided.

This tour is expected to expand and rerun next year, offering potential year-over-year employment opportunities.
