Pay
Starting at $65,000 annually, negotiable annually
This position will be responsible for leadership at one or more venues. This leadership position will be to implement contracts with the client and help interface with the venue for
smooth events, setup through breakdown, according to each events unique contract. You will be
responsible for helping run setups and strikes. In the event the TEM is not present, you will be
responsible for running the crew.
Additional responsibilities include:
*Directing and assisting on training of the crew in properly setting up and striking gear.
Receiving and organizing gear delivered from the shop, other property and rental houses.
Organizing gear for pickup.
Learn basic venue maintenance tasks from troubleshooting to basic repair and low voltage,
temporary electrical wiring.
Will be available to work at other venues when specific leadership or skills are needed. Please
expect movement in your schedule to compensate for any emergencies outside of control.
Help monitor and maintain venues equipment and expendables.
Be available for approved maintenance calls. Some emergencies may arise that need attention
outside of your weekly schedule.
Last minute set of hands for show calls when client surprises us or an emergency arises.
Mandatory MT and Inventory calls during slow season.
Mandatory +ldquo;all hands on deck+rdquo; events during slow season.
