About the Role:
Inclusive Media Productions provides audio, video + lighting support for educational theatre including K-12 and college-level plays and musicals. We+rsquo;re looking for Audio Engineers who can take ownership of a full sound setup and help deliver professional-quality productions for schools and community organizations.
Responsibilities:
-Be able to set up, configure and troubleshoot complete sound systems from start to finish
-Line-mix performances using TheatreMix software
-Operate QLab for playback and cues when necessary
-Mix live bands for pit orchestras and ensembles when necessary
Properly mic performers using Transpore/Tegaderm/toupee clips to IMPAVL standards
-Maintain and troubleshoot wireless bodypack systems
-Demonstrate a basic understanding of wireless frequency coordination
-Collaborate with PMs and theater staff/director to ensure smooth tech rehearsals and show runs
Most jobs will have a Production Manager on-site to assist on load-in day and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Additional Opportunities:
While this posting is primarily for theatrical work, IMPAVL also handles corporate, community, and live music events throughout Westchester, Manhattan, and Fairfield County, with room to grow into those areas as well.
