Stage Manager (Urgent Cover); A Celtic Christmas by A Taste of Ireland U.S. Tour

Contract Dates: October 27 - 29 (flexible start) through December 22, 2025
Salary: $1,200 per week + $392 weekly per diem
Location: Touring across the U.S. Opening in New York, followed by the Midwest, a two-week Boston sit-down, and final regional performances.
Accommodation + Travel: All Travel + Twin Shared Accommodation Provided

About the Production

A Celtic Christmas by A Taste of Ireland is a high-energy Irish music and dance spectacular, blending traditional storytelling with world-class performance. After a sold-out international season, the show returns to the U.S. for its 2025 tour.

We are seeking an experienced Stage Manager to join our established touring crew for this urgent cover position. Due to unforeseen illness, we are looking for someone available to start immediately; even if you're only available for the first few weeks, we'd still love to hear from you.

Key Duties and Requirements

Full Stage Management duties, including pre-show checks, running rehearsals, and coordinating between departments.

Experience calling a dance show from a book.

QLab operation and programming experience essential.

Confident managing load-ins/outs and adapting to a variety of non-union touring venues.

Prepare and maintain show paperwork, including cue sheets, reports, and venue documentation.

Collaborate with Dance Captains to accommodate venue-specific adjustments.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stay calm, professional, and positive under pressure.
