The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who is organized, detail-oriented, and loves keeping things running smoothly. You will oversee our warehouse operations, manage equipment logistics, prep and return show gear, and keep our space efficient and production-ready.

You will also work closely with our production team and freelancers to make sure every show is loaded out and returned properly. This role is for someone who takes pride in clean systems, loves problem-solving, and knows how to lead by example.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control

- Ensure accurate gear tracking for daily operations

- Maintain and organize lighting, audio, and video equipment

- Coordinate with project managers to prep and stage show packages

- Supervise warehouse crew and delivery drivers

- Manage repairs, labeling, and preventative maintenance schedules

- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in AV warehouse management

- Strong understanding of lighting/audio/video equipment

- Ability to manage small teams and communicate clearly

- Experience with rental inventory management software with Flex Rental Solutions or similar

- Forklift certification or willingness to get certified

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

- Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs+
