Title: Senior Project Manager - Live Events and Production

We collaborate with clients and Provide lighting, video + audio designs to develop innovative concepts tailored to their vision, combining artistic creativity with practical solutions. ideation, technical planning, and detailed strategies to ensure seamless integration of visual elements, technical requirements, and logistical feasibility. We're growing fast and looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take the reins on large-scale productions and help lead our team to the next level.

The Role:
As Senior Project Manager, you'll be the go-to person for project execution and managing timelines, client communication, technical equipment, drafting, crew, and freelancers. This is an NYC based hybrid position that is primarily onsite with occasional remote flexibility.

What We Need From You:

Proven experience managing high-profile live events, fashion shows, or concerts

Ability to lead, delegate, and coordinate both full-time staff and freelance teams

Strong organizational and communication skills - you don't shy away from difficult conversations, can make confident decisions in dynamic, high-pressure environments

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure installations align with design and client expectations

Comfort with planning, logistics, and problem-solving under tight deadlines

Hands-on knowledge of production workflows, technical setups, and event execution


Required Skills:

Vectorworks or other CAD software for event planning

Prior leadership experience in a fast-paced production environment

Strong understanding of live event AV systems (audio, video, lighting) with an ability to communicate fluently with technical teams and clients.

Solid knowledge of rigging safety standards. Able to effectively communicate technical concepts to production crews and clients, ensuring safe installation

Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
