Salisbury (MD) University Theatre and Dance is in the process of building up our pool of guest designers to fill out our production needs each academic year, including for the current season. We are seeking applications in the areas of Lighting Design, Costume Design, Sound Design and engineering, Multimedia design and engineering, and other related design areas. Pay rate ranges between $3000- 3500 depending on show size, plus travel reimbursement up to $500 and housing. All guest designers need to have a proven track record of successfully working with and mentoring undergraduate student designers that may be assigned as assistant and/or associate designers, as we view the production process as an integral part of the educational experience of all of our students.
