The Fulton Theatre is seeking A2s for our upcoming productions.
These contracts are on a show by show basis with potential to join the team full time.


Job responsibilities include:

-Building and maintenance of actor+rsquo;s microphone rigs

-Battery up and distribute actor microphone packs before tech and performances. Collect and put away at the end of day.

-Assist in setup of Orchestra pit and Orchestra rehearsals.

-Assist in setup, testing and cabling of equipment prior to tech.

*You may be assigned minimal backstage responsibilities moving scenery/props.

*Mixing experience preferred. You will be trained on the mix of the performance with a
pre-recording once the show opens in the event that a sub is needed for the A1.
Aside from emergency situations, these dates will be confirmed prior to opening.

*Must be comfortable working with actors, placing microphones and switching out batteries, mic packs and elements at a moment's notice.

- Fast-paced work environment.
- Frequent long intervals of walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
- Evening and weekend work.

Fulton Theatre operates under an agreement between the League of Resident Theaters (LORT) and Actors+rsquo; Equity Association, the Union for Professional Actors and Stage Managers in the United States and employs members of Stage Directors and Choreographers Society and United Scenic Artists. The theatre is also a member of the National Alliance for Musical Theatre, Theatre for Young Audiences/USA, and the American Alliance for Theatre and Education. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 1969 by the U.S. Department of the Interior, the theatre was also a founding member of
the League of Historic American Theaters
