Key Responsibilities
Hand-sew hat styles and trims using traditional millinery methods
Interpret and execute design concepts with accuracy
Independently complete bespoke projects
Work with materials such as felt, straw, feathers, and ribbon
Ensure orders are correctly sized and produced to specification
Track and coordinate in-house production to meet delivery deadlines
Support domestic and international production programs
Oversee quality assurance to guarantee excellence prior to shipment
Contribute to ongoing refinement of millinery techniques and production practices
Skills and Qualifications
Advanced millinery knowledge and strong hand-sewing expertise
Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience with varied materials and trims
Digital proficiency for tracking production and inventory
