Childsplay, Arizona+rsquo;s professional theatre for young audiences, is seeking a non-union Stage Manager for our holiday production of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

Contract Dates
+bull;Rehearsals: October 20, 2025
+bull;Closing + Strike: December 22, 2025
Responsibilities
+bull;Manage and document all rehearsals and performances
+bull;Call cues for tech and performances
+bull;File rehearsal and performance reports
+bull;Serve as primary communication hub between production staff, creative team, and acting company
+bull;Oversee backstage and crew operations

Qualifications
+bull;Professional stage management experience required (TYA Experience Preferred)
+bull;Strong leadership and organizational skills
+bull;Excellent written and verbal communication
+bull;Ability to manage a fast-paced daytime performance schedule (two weekday shows for school groups; weekend public shows)

Compensation
+bull;$650/week
+bull;Daytime rehearsal/performance schedule (9am+ndash;6pm)
+bull;Mondays off (dark)
