Theatre By The Sea is seeking a Follow Spot Operator to join our electrics crew for the remainder of the 2025 summer season.

Responsibilities include:
- Operating a follow spot for performances and tech rehearsals
- Executing accurate pickups, fades, and color changes as called by the Stage Manager
- Participating in pre-show focus checks and basic maintenance of the spot
- Assisting with other electrics tasks as assigned during changeover or strike

Ideal candidates have:
- Experience running follow spot in a professional or educational theater
- Ability to follow cues precisely and maintain focus during long sequences
- Comfort working at height (spot position is located in a follow spot perch)
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills

Local applicants strongly preferred.

Housing may be available for extended shifts or longer engagements.
