Theatre By The Sea is seeking a skilled Stitcher to support the costume shop for the remainder of the 2025 summer season.

We+rsquo;re looking for someone experienced, efficient, and team-oriented to assist with:
- Alterations and repairs
- Costume construction and finishing
- Quick turnarounds during tech and previews
- Supporting fittings and adjustments as needed

This position works under the Costume Shop Manager and in collaboration with the Wardrobe Supervisor to ensure all costumes are show-ready and maintained throughout the run.

Ideal candidates have:
- Solid hand and machine stitching skills
- Familiarity with both modern and period garments
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot
