Theatre By The Sea is seeking a Props Assistant / Props Runner to join our team immediately for the remainder of our 2025 summer season.

This role supports the props supervisor with organization, maintenance, repairs, and backstage prop tracking. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in backstage operations for fast-paced musicals.

Responsibilities may include:
- Pre-set and strike of props
- Assisting with repairs or replacements
- Supporting fast handoffs or backstage changes during performances
- Sourcing, shopping, or pickups (as needed)

Local applicants strongly preferred.

Housing may be available for extended shifts or longer engagements.
