The John W. Engeman Theater in Northport, NY is seeking Local Non-Equity Stage Managers for its 2025/2026 season. Positions that we are looking to fill are Main Stage Assistant Stage Managers and Production Assistants, TYA Stage Managers, Class/Camp Production Deck Crew and Special Event Deck Crew.

Exact Dates, Responsibilities and Compensation varies by position (starting at $17/hr.)

Qualifications/Skills:
- Professional experience as a Stage Manager
- Experience with large musicals
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Work in a safe, efficient, and organized manner.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative manner.
- Flexible with the ability to self solve
- Local Housing on Long Island is a MUST.

Many of these roles have the potential to be long term and move into a "Resident Stage Manager" position. Preference will be given to those interested in a more long-term position.
