About the Role:
As Project Manager, you+rsquo;ll serve as the key liaison between clients and our internal departments. You+rsquo;ll oversee the full life cycle of each project+mdash;from early design discussions and budgeting through fabrication, installation, and final delivery. Your job is to keep the creative vision on track, timelines moving, and expectations clear across all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional scenic experiences. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in bringing complex creative projects to life.

Responsibilities:
+bull;Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
+bull;Prepare and submit project bids
+bull;Lead internal project planning and scheduling across departments
+bull;Coordinate design reviews and provide feedback on fabrication drawings and techniques
+bull;Manage project budgets, track timelines, and ensure deliverables are met
+bull;Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to execute scenic builds
+bull;Anticipate and address potential issues before they become problems
+bull;Ensure clear, timely communication and documentation across all phases
+bull;Oversee onsite installations as needed

Ideal Candidate:
+bull;3+ years of experience in Technical Direction or Project Management, ideally in scenic fabrication, live entertainment, theatre or event production
+bull;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+bull;Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
+bull;Ability to manage multiple projects with varying budgets, timelines, and technical requirements
+bull;Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on, and creative environment
+bull;Outstanding leadership skills with strong ability to lead communication across teams, delegate and effectively express the project needs.
+bull;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability and willingness to exercise professional courtesy and discretion at all times and maintain confidentiality as required.
+bull;Strong knowledge of scenic materials, construction methods, and production workflows
+bull;Experience with Auto CAD or Illustrator is a plus

Benefits:
