Video Technician

Ogunquit Playhouse, Ogunquit, Maine seeks an experienced Video Technician for our upcoming Mainstage production of When Elvis Met the Beatles. With supervision from our Technical Consultant, this position supports install and troubleshooting during tech week + previews through to opening. Dates of employment Saturday, August 23, 2025 through August 30, 2025.

Job Duties/Expectations include (but are not limited to):

- Experience installing LED walls.
- Experience troubleshooting LED wall signal and hardware issues including individual tile troubleshooting and repair.
- Specific experience with Colorlight Z series processors and Roe Black Pearl series tiles is a plus.
- Experience with Disguise media servers.
- Experience with SDI format, routing, and signal flow.
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to effectively lead and supervise a crew.
- Must be comfortable working at heights and able to lift/carry 50 pounds.
- Job requires the ability to sit/stand for long periods of time, and bend, stoop, or kneel in execution of duties as assigned.
- Job requires the ability to lift, carry, move necessary equipment up and down stairs in varied lighting conditions.
- Unconventional Hours (i.e. overnight work) will be required.

Position is a 1099, flat fee of $3,500.
