As a Scenic Automation Engineer, you help bring stages to life+mdash;literally. From rising platforms to rotating turntables, design the systems that move scenery, performers, and entire sets with precision and reliability.



Draft detailed automation systems in AutoCAD for stage elevators, turntables, and custom effects

Collaborate with production teams to engineer safe, efficient, and show-ready motion

Solve complex mechanical challenges to support creative storytelling



Job Snapshot:

Scenic Automation Engineers design and develop the mechanical systems that power dynamic stage movement. Using tools like AutoCAD, they translate artistic vision into technical reality+mdash;ensuring every cue is smooth, safe, and spectacular.
