The Appalachian Center for the Arts seeks a Stage Manager for our upcoming productions of +ldquo;Clue+rdquo;, +ldquo;The Lightning Thief+rdquo; and +ldquo;Annie+rdquo;. Contract dates are August 4th-Decmeber 21st, 2025. Weekly stipend and shared housing within walking distance to theatre with single room occupancy, wi-fi, and access to laundry facility at theatre is available.

The Appalachian Center for the Arts is a dynamic space for theater, music, visual arts, and community enrichment in downtown Pikeville, KY. The App serves our community by offering quality arts education designed to encourage collaboration, partnership, and civic engagement for the people in our region.

Essential Duties:
-Oversee and run all rehearsals and calling of the show.
-Attend and record information from the production meetings.
-Send out nightly rehearsal and production reports to the design staff and crew.
-Send daily calls to cast and crew
-Assist with load in and load out of the sets.
-Build and maintain an accurate prompt book with proper staging notes and lighting and sound
cues.
-Ensure that the props remain organized in the rehearsal and performance space.
-Serve as communication between the artistic staff, director, actors and tech.
-Experience and desire to work with children is required.
-Car is highly recommended
