United Entertainment Solutions is looking for experienced, proactive leaders to join our event labor team as Team Leads. If you know how to motivate a crew, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment, we want you on board.

Responsibilities:

Perform all Team Member duties (moving tables/chairs, placing furniture, maintaining safety)

Supervise small teams during event setup and breakdown

Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule

Serve as point of contact for supervisors and event coordinators

Provide on-site training and guidance to new team members

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in event setup, crew supervision, or related field

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive team environment

We+rsquo;re seeking dependable leaders who take initiative and keep operations running smoothly. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
