Looking for a work-for-hire set decorator to find items within budget and dress a location inside a mall. The project is Titanic-themed and set decoration should fall in alignment. There is a modest budget for purchasing the items. Set decorator will work as an independent contractor. Local preferred as travel, accommodations, and housing are not provided.
