You are a part of a team of technicians with a passion for organization. You configure, troubleshoot, manage and maintain the assets used to inspire our clients and their audience.

How You Will Do It:

- Responsible for the inventory, repair, organization, and maintenance of ITC and client inventory

- Manage check-in/out and load/unload processes ensuring all equipment and exhibits meet ITC and client standards including working condition and appearance

- Troubleshoot issues and make minor repairs

- Maintain Organization of warehouse under the direction of Warehouse Manager

- Maintain accurate inventory records

- Drive Company vehicles as needed to accomplish projects

- Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes providing best practice recommendations

- Communicate regularly regarding task timelines and progress to ensure needs + expectations are consistently exceeded and escalate any issues or concerns as needed


What You Need:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean Driver history and ability to get Missouri B class License
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new systems and inventory
- Experience with Flex Rental Solutions or Exhibit Force software is a plus
- Compelling communicator
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to maintain composure against obstacles; solving problems with keen insight
- Willingness to work nonstandard work hours as needed
- Adept at building relationships (internal + external) and working in a team environment with a proven track record of sharing ideas, providing encouragement, building on other+rsquo;s ideas, giving due appreciation and bringing out the best in others
