The David + Dorothea Garfield Theatre at the Lawrence Family JCC is seeking experienced overhire theatre technical support to join our team on an as-needed basis. We are looking for skilled professionals with expertise in various aspects of live event production, including but not limited to:

Lighting Design + Rigging +ndash; Hanging, focusing, and programming theatrical lighting for productions and special events.

Sound Board Operation +ndash; Managing audio mixing for live performances, lectures, and presentations.

Scenic Construction + Carpentry +ndash; Assisting in the building, installation, and striking of sets and stage elements.

Requirements:

A minimum of three years of experience in theatre production, technical support, or a related field.

Ability to work flexible hours based on event scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Strong problem-solving skills, remaining calm under pressure, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to lift 30lbs.

Must successfully pass a background check.
