+bull; Work closely with the Department Heads, Account Executives, and Production Managers to ensure all design documentation supports creative goals and production feasibility
+bull; Maintain drawing standards, templates, and file organization across projects to ensure accuracy and consistency
+bull; Coordinate with venues, vendors, fabricators, and clients as needed to advance technical designs and integrate feedback

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

+bull; 5+ years of experience in scenic, staging, or event design for live events, theater, concerts, or brand experiences
+bull; Strong understanding of event production elements including lighting, rigging, AV integration, and scenic fabrication
+bull; Ability to read and create build-ready drawings and technical packages
+bull; Excellent organization and communication skills
+bull; Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple active projects
+bull; Familiarity with R2 or other rental tracking systems is a bonus

Bonus Skills:
+bull; Experience producing renderings or visualizations (e.g., SketchUp, Blender, Cinema4D)
+bull; Background in industrial design, architecture, or technical theater
+bull; On-site experience working with fabrication or technical production teams
