Cedar Point Live Entertainment is now hiring a skilled Live Entertainment Production Stage Manager for our 2025 Summer Season, primarily for our Boardwalk Nights Event.
Boardwalk Nights is a multifaceted event including cirque acts, drivable floats, pyrotechnics, live bands, live singers and other live shows over the span of 3 or 4 hours.

Production Stage Manager
-Production Stage Manage our large Boardwalk Nights Event including float operation, pyro and show control calls/check ins, Maintain Technical Run Sheets, Rehearsal Reports, Daily Operation Reports, Daily Calls, etc.
- Lead various other technicians in daily operations including install tech period, daily show run and onwards.
- Work with various entertainment contractors to ensure safety and show quality
- Work with Production Contractors on rehearsal calendars and updating with daily changes.
- Relay technical needs or issues to Technical Supervisors on a rolling basis to maintain show quality
- Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:
- Experience as a Production Stage Manager for Live Entertainment Events and Shows. - Experience with larger Amusement Park style productions is preferred.
- Prior Team Lead experience.
- Comfortable and willing to help lead less experienced technicians during install and show run process.
- Comfortable with solving problems on the fly including shifting show times or activations.
- Comfortable working in high intensity, noisy environments.
- Comfortable working outdoors in environments all the way up to 100+ degrees.
- Comfortable learning new things including operation of drivable floats, calling of pyrotechnics and calling of various show control operations.
- Comfortable being on their feet and on the move for at least 2+ hours at a time
- General Electrical, Costuming, Props and Audio knowledge is a plus!
