Job Description:
United Entertainment Solutions (UES) is seeking experienced and reliable AV, Lighting, GAV (General AV), and Audio Hands for upcoming live events, corporate productions, and immersive installations. We specialize in providing top-tier labor and technical solutions, and we+rsquo;re looking for skilled professionals to join our growing network.

Responsibilities:
+bull; Assist with load-in, setup, and strike of AV, lighting, and audio equipment.
+bull; Operate and troubleshoot industry-standard gear under the direction of lead techs.
+bull; Handle cable management, rigging support, and staging as needed.
+bull; Ensure all setups meet safety and quality standards.
+bull; Work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements:
+bull; Prior experience in AV, lighting, or audio setup for live events.
+bull; Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and corporate event setups.
+bull; Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts when necessary.
+bull; Strong communication and teamwork skills.
+bull; Availability for flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
Preferred:
+bull; CTS, OSHA-10, or other relevant certifications.
+bull; Experience with LED walls, truss structures, and RF coordination.
