Reporting to the Director of Performance Operations, The Patron Services Manager runs all Front+shy;-of-House (FOH) operations during events including: house management, cross-team coordination, merchandise, concessions, patron accessibility, and guest safety. The Patron Services Manager develops and maintains procedures and staffing to ensure a welcoming, safe, and accommodating guest experience. The Patron Services Manager also schedules FOH staff, engages the volunteer corps to build, train, and retain suitable numbers to support the growing performance calendar, collaborates with the Front of House Coordinator and Box Office Manager to ensure that guest safety plans are updated to reflect current best practices, and manages the training calendar for the FOH and Security Teams.
