The North Country Center for the Arts at Jean's Playhouse, an intimate 260-seat theatre located in the rural resort town of Lincoln, NH, is now hiring for its 2025 Summer Season, which features JERSEY BOYS and GREASE in rotating repertory, with intermittent comedians and presenting acts in between. Most tech positions are only needed for 5 weeks; however, there are a handful who need to run the shows for the entire 9 week season.

The Company Manager / Office Associate reports to and works closely with the Executive Artistic Director to manage the company and support the administration. Duties + responsibilities of the Company Manager include being the point person for the arrival and departure of all company members throughout the season, picking up and dropping off members who travel via plane or bus, helping to plan and organize company activities, solving and/or reporting member's concerns, needs, or questions regarding housing or transportation over the course of the season, overseeing housing and ensuring rules are followed and facilities are kept in good shape. Duties and responsibilities of the Office Associate include helping with marketing, special events, box office, and house management. Candidates should be strong leaders who lead by example, have excellent communication skills, be very organized, and have a valid driver's license.

Weekly Stipend is $400 / week, plus shared, dorm-like housing in walking distance of the theatre, shops, as well as restaurants, grocery stores, and other common needs.
