The Costume Shop Manager is a full-time position that plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the costume shop, ensuring that all costume-related needs for productions are met with high quality, efficiency, and creativity. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and an in-depth understanding of costume design and production processes. The Costume Shop Manager will supervise a team of costume staff 3-4 staff members, maintain an organized costume inventory, and collaborate with designers, directors, and other departments to bring the artistic vision to life.
