Electrics Staff
Barrington Stage Company, an award-winning professional theatre company located in the heart of the Berkshires, is seeking talented and energetic lighting professionals to join our team in Pittsfield, MA. These positions are responsible for providing high-quality lighting for all BSC productions and events throughout the 2025 season and require driven individuals with excellent time management and organizational skills as well as strong knowledge of theatrical lighting systems.


Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Knowledge of theatrical lighting systems and equipment
Working knowledge of the ETC family of lighting consoles
Experience with Hang and Focus from a light plot and designer instruction
Experience with DMX equipment, atmospherics, moving lights, and LED fixtures
Experience maintaining and repairing conventional and moving lights
Working knowledge of theatrical rigging, electricity, and wiring
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be comfortable working at heights
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
