Berkshire Theatre Group, celebrating its 97th year as a professional theatre in Western MA, is accepting resumes for a Production Management Associate for the 2025 summer season. Festival will have five fully produced productions, plus concerts and special events on two stages. Weekly salary of $600 plus housing and all utilities provided. Summer season runs from mid May until mid/late August. Employment dates vary based on position.

The Colonial Theatre, founded in 1903, and Berkshire Theatre Festival, founded in 1928, are two of the oldest cultural organizations in the Berkshires. In 2010, under the leadership of Artistic Director and CEO Kate Maguire, the two organizations merged to form Berkshire Theatre Group (BTG). Berkshire Theatre Group's mission is to support wide ranging artistic exploration and acclaimed performances in theatre, dance, music and entertainment. Every year, BTG produces and presents performances to over 68,000 attendees and, through our Educational Program, serves over 11,000 Berkshire County school children annually. In July 2020, Berkshire Theatre was the first company in the United States to earn approval from Actors+rsquo; Equity Association to produce a musical (Godspell) in the wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In 2028, Berkshire Theatre will celebrate 100 years of making theatre.

Qualifications:
- Google Suite basic understanding (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Proficient experience in theatrical management work (Stage, Production, or Company)
- Significant organizational skills and demonstrated ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Tracking and reconciling receipts, checks, petty cash
- Communicate with department heads to coordinate all purchases
- Coordinate and keep track of all production related calendars
- Schedule and set up production meetings
- Generate tech schedules
- Assist the Director of Production and Assistant Director of Production with daily tasks
- Assist other departments as needed
- Attend production meetings and technical rehearsals

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Google sheets formulas
- Prior stage and production management experience preferred
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Experience running a deck track
- Drivers license preferred
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the AEA-LORT agreement, preferred
- Ability to create and maintain vendor relations
- Excellent organizational skills
