For The Record Live is seeking a Wardrobe Supervisor for its upcoming productions at a new performance venue at SoFi stadium in Inglewood.

Candidate will manage the wardrobe for tech rehearsals and performances and maintain all costume looks.

Main responsibilities include:
-Attend fittings, rehearsal runs, load-in/load-out, dress rehearsals and performances.
-Assist with costume builds, alterations and repairs.
-Pre set for the show.
-Clean, press, and steam costumes.
-Sanitize costumes after performances.
-Perform any basic repairs.
-Facilitate laundry and dry cleaning pick up/drop off.
-Facilitate quick-changes.
-Nightly show notes.
-Costume checks.
-Maintain wardrobe tools and equipment and communicate with the production team when anything breaks/needs replacement/repair.
-Create paperwork for costume plots and wardrobe tracks, in collaboration with the Stage Management team.
-Collaborate with actors, musicians, costume designers, production staff, and stage management throughout the run of the show.

Technical requirements
-Working knowledge of and proficiency in hand and machine sewing for garment construction, alteration and repair.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to lift (up to) 50 pounds.
-Wig experience is a huge plus, please note if you have any.

Candidate must be a hard worker with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and be able to perform well under pressure. Contract is for the initial production (November-January). Additional productions will follow with opportunity to continue as supervisor potentially until June 2025.

Compensation
Job Type: Overhire, Non-exempt, not eligible for healthcare benefits.
Pay Rate: $26/hour.
Any overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate for the employee.
Performance schedule: Tuesday-Sunday evenings. Saturday + Sunday matinees.
