Foreman directly report to the office Project Manager and lead the field installation of equipment manufactured and provided by IWEISS.

Qualified individuals should be responsible, collaborative, and have the ability to represent the company well in all operations and interactions.

Installers for IWEISS must have a keen eye for detail and drive to achieve the quality of work expected of our clients on an IWEISS project.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

+middot; Installation of equipment as directed by Project Management

+middot; Review of drawings

+middot; Inventory and oversight of equipment delivered to site

+middot; Proper usage and storage of IWEISS tools and equipment

+middot; Compliance with OSHA and other safety standards as applicable

+middot; Generation of Daily Site Report with photos, submitted prior to next call

+middot; Submittal of hours for union field staff when present

+middot; Maintain communication with Project Manager consistently through out work day

+middot; Provide potential solutions to field issues as they arise

Requirements:

+middot; Ability to travel within radius noted in our Labor Policy

+middot; Working knowledge of basic hand tools

+middot; Working knowledge of theatrical equipment

+middot; OSHA 30 for all installations

+middot; SST for New York City installations

+middot; Ability to work at height or in constricted spaces, on ladders, scaffold or in lifts

+middot; Ability to lift 65 pounds.

+middot; 3 year commensurate industry experience
