Pay: $1,000-$1,200/wk plus Per Diem (Based on Experience)

Lead A/V Technician- Reporting directly to the Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Attend Pre-Production Meetings via Google Meet

Become intimately familiar with show prior to rehearsals via calling script, show plots, video recordings, and Pre-Production Meetings

Maintaining Sound Plot and Input List with any adjustments made during rehearsals

To be responsible for touring Sound and Projection equipment while on tour.

Follow up advance with venues

Assist Production Manager with any Audio/Video equipment rentals that may be needed at specific venues

Assist with Load In/Out.

Lead video focus immediately after load in

Lead sound check prior to house opening

Final check of A/V equipment after load in

Communication with Stage Manager prior to curtain to ensure smooth (and on-time) show start

Operating Audio Console and Qlab to execute show cues

Making necessary decisions to ensure and maintain show integrity

Provide the Stage Manager with pertinent information for Show Report

Ensure that all audio and video equipment are kept in a tidy, clean and orderly manner, and well maintained

Final checks at load out

Additional Duties as agreed upon

Be an ambassador for Pace Live at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 previous tours in similar position

Valid Driver+rsquo;s license

Excellent problem-solving skills

Self-motivated

Able to perform duties with minimal supervision

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Positive attitude

Team player

Ability to adapt with varying venues and situations
