● Coordinate with the Head of Tech and Media to ensure all departments within tech understand the tech handbook.
● Ensure all tech equipment is working prior to opening day.
● Work with directors (theater, dance, rock) to determine needs of each show.
● Have all rehearsal spaces equipped with necessary equipment for rehearsals; oversee sound needs in dance studios.
● If tech staff are working, ensure spaces are safe when staff are not supervising.
● Ensure the front of house and backstage are ready for that evening's performance.
● Lead production meetings and follow up on production reports.

● Be present for tech rehearsals to help solve issues.
● During performances, stand in for empty positions due to time off or other circumstances
● Compile needed equipment from all departments to be ordered and work with the camp
director to order.
● Assist in departments as needed/ arrange extra help as needed
● Work with the Head of Tech and Media to ensure all campers who have expressed
interest in working on crews are assigned accordingly.
● Run tech side of DJ Dance.
● Lead load-in of rock night and dance concert with corresponding department head.
