Tinc Productions, an event and theatrical production management company based in New York City, is seeking THEATRICAL STAGE CREW SUPERVISOR to be added to our work roster in Albany, NY.

Please Note:

General Duties:

- Responsible for supervising crew on site, assigning duties as necessary and evaluating progress
- Assessing technical needs of the production with clients and designers
- Demonstrating competent technical knowledge of duties and equipment on site
- Reviewing crew time on site, supervising clock in and clock outs, including breaks
- Checking quality of equipment for the sake of safety and general usage
- Performing multiple labor related duties on site, including leading by example and staying active
- Completing an event report at the end of a call, including feedback on the crew, notation of completed tasks, and completing/ submitting timesheets (via Nowsta)
- Ensuring that safety procedures are being upheld across all departments and that our employees and non-employee staff maintain a positive and healthy working environment, then compiling that information in a Safety Meeting at the start of the call
- Holding daily Safety Meetings with crew to reiterate safety measures for that day
- Completing a Hazard Assessment form at the beginning of a call
- Keeping all work environments organized and tidy
Representing Tinc+rsquo;s Culture in all interactions
- Taking into account the long-term health of Tinc and our clients in all decision-making
- Providing support and feedback to other staff as needed
- Contributing to the growth and development of Tinc Productions procedures, processes and systems
- Asking questions when you are unsure

Wages and Benefits

This is a part time, non-exempt position with specific work rules. Hours are scheduled on an as needed basis with no set schedule or guarantees.

W2 Employees, all appropriate taxes withheld. Paid weekly on Fridays. Direct Deposit available.

Pay rate for Theatrical Stage Crew Supervisor is $45.00 per hour
