This position will oversee the coming and going of equipment; manage the accurate pulling of orders for each event; manage accurate handling of equipment to minimize damage throughout the execution process; manage the proper return to stock and maintenance of all equipment to be ready for the next event; overall management of all warehouse spaces and inventory for accurate and productive use.; and maintain all inventory and facilitate correct digital tracking of inventory in the company CRM that is helping the marketing team advertise the inventory through our e-commerce website.

Scheduling:
-Events staff and trucks
-Event Preparation, equipment maintenance, clean up, touch ups
-Warehouse maintenance
-Work flow management for efficient and cost effective operations

Human Resources:
-General supervisory role
-Supervising and monitoring the work of operational staff
-Be a part of the employee evaluations process

Productivity Management:
-Manages and Schedule operational tasks to work smart and efficiently, according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Inventory:
-Assist with maintenance cataloguing and support of vast inventory.
-Assists as Supervisor and team member in maintaining warehouse spaces and inventory.

Events:
-Collects additional event info as needed in preparation for an event
-Must be a part of the installations and overall production team as needed

Equipment Fabrication:
-Fabrication skills to include general carpentry, painting, general mechanical skills, and coming up with creative solutions

General Office Tasks:
-Manages the effective flow of information and general workflow of operations
-Helps with managing of digital inventory databases
-Helps administration in the training staff and reinforcing the importance of standard operating procedures
-Participates in the on boarding for new employees
-Attending meetings with senior management
-Ability to make decisions according to Standard Operating Procedures as guidance
-Ability to keep cool under pressure

Requirements:
-Be able to lift 50 - 75 lbs
-5 year of customer service experience
-Proven organizational skills
-Motivator
-Must be able to work under pressure with positive attitude
