Camp Ballibay is a beautiful fine and performing arts summer camp located in the mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a lighting designer for our Summer 2023 season. An ideal position for current students or recent graduates with summers off, the person hired in this role will oversee the lighting design for our dozens of productions each summer, and teach campers (aged 8-16) interested in technical theater everything from how to work the light board to how to design a production! This candidate will also be a cabin counselor - a role in which you live in the cabins with the children to oversee their safety and wellbeing while not working in your designated program area. Dates: June 20th - August 17th. Pay: First-year counselors typically start at $400 per week + room + board. Additionally, there are essentially zero expenses while living at the camp.
