Stitcher / Craftsperson / Milliner Wanted

Christine A. Moore Millinery is looking for a stitcher, craftspeople, and/or milliner to join our studio in the heart of New York City's fashion and accessories districts.
For over 30 years, our house has created distinctive millinery collections and custom headwear for runway, events, productions, partnerships, and media. We work fast, collaboratively, and with a high standard of craftsmanship.
This is a short-term, part-time or full-time role for hands-on makers who thrive on deadlines, problem-solving, and bringing ideas to life.
You should be:
+ Confident with machine and hand-sewing
+ Comfortable working with soft fibers and fabric construction
+ Detail-oriented, adaptable, and quick on your feet
+ Excited to work as part of a creative studio team
Millinery experience is a plus, but not required. If you have strong sewing skills and curiosity, we'll teach you the art and process of hat making.

Pay: Starting at $21/hour for non-milliners. Raises based on speed, skill, and performance.
