Oversee and manage 40+ employees daily through scheduling, payroll, and performance management. Serve as show’s Production Manager overseeing casting, managing leadership, and budget
Stage manage and run all technical aspects of over 500 show performances
Ensure all licensing agreements are adhered to for Nickelodeon, Angry Birds, and Dreamworks Brands Negotiate and facilitate contract agreements with seasonal performers
Recruit and train new team members and leads of safety procedures, job duties, and guest interaction Maintain and manage show and event budgets and monitor and track consumable purchases.
Create guest experience waivers for employees and guests participating in entertainment activations
Counsel team members for behavioral, attendance, and performance related issues
Create, develop, and execute revenue generating activations of over $120,000/month
