GFour Productions, is seeking a Production Coordinator/Company Manager for a national tour of Menopause The Musical 2. Under the supervision of the Director and Associate Director of Operations and Production, the Production Coordinator/Company Manager oversees 3 technicians and 1 truck driver, and in conjunction with the Production Stage Manager, oversees 4 actors. They are responsible for ensuring all aspects of the tour run smoothly and efficiently. This is a touring position.

Job Duties/Requirements:
+bull; Co-Supervisor of tour
+bull; Responsible for advancing the tour, communicating with venues and presenters to ensure technical needs of the production are met
+bull; Oversee all aspects of load in and load out with touring crew members
+bull; Assist crew members as needed
+bull; Work with the PSM and ASM on coordination of onstage and backstage activity
+bull; Manage Master Tour + Slack Applications
+bull; Administrative paperwork as needed
+bull; Primary driver (to/from venues and city to city in large SUV)
+bull; Backup truck driver (26+rsquo; box truck +ndash; Non CDL), able to pass a DOT physical

Qualifications:
+bull; Valid Driver+rsquo;s License
+bull; Valid Passport
+bull; Proactive thinking, detail oriented, problem solver, clear written and verbal communication, strong leader
+bull; Must be tech savvy with a deep understanding of theatre tech
+bull; Experience in the field of theatre production
+bull; Knowledge of both Lighting and Audio as it relates to touring musical productions, including the ability to run both a light and sound board.
+bull; Previous tour coordination experience a plus
+bull; Previous management/supervision experience a plus
+bull; Comfort with Google/Microsoft platforms for scheduling, communication, organization

Salary: $1100-1300/week negotiable based on experience
+ $55/day per diem
+ single occupancy hotel
+ roundtrip flight to/from tour
