Tom Carroll Scenery is a leading theatrical and event scenery fabrication shop serving Broadway, TV, live events, and experiential design. We+rsquo;re looking for a Junior Project Manager / Technical Designer to join our growing team.



Responsibilities:



Support senior project managers in coordinating scenery builds from design through installation

Translate designer drawings into shop-ready build drawings

Communicate with clients, designers, and shop staff to ensure accuracy and deadlines

Generate material lists, hardware specs, and shop documentation

Assist with onsite load-ins and project execution as needed




Qualifications:



1+ndash;3 years of experience in theatrical, event, or custom fabrication industries

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment

Interest in project management and technical design




Bonus Skills:



Experience with CNC files, rendering, or drafting for metal/wood fabrication

Familiarity with Inventor

Familiarity with scenic construction methods and materials
